Innovation Abounds at Builder Innovator Spring Summit 

ST LOUIS, MO – Builders and trades from across the country gathered for this year’s AE Ventures spring Builder Innovator Summit from April 27 to April 29 to discuss trends, processes, and ideas to stay to flourish in the competitive homebuilding environment. Attendees maintained a sharp focus on topics from the latest in AI usage to the fundamental challenges of improving efficiency and communication.  

The Exhibit Hall featured industry vendors offering innovative products and solutions, and our own Kent Rice represented Homes for HOPE. We were pleased and honored to be invited to share on BI’s “Closer Look” video series, hosted by CEO Jack Gallante.  

“The clients we serve come up with some very innovative ways to start and scale a business,” Rice says. “I really appreciated the deep conversations I was able to have with successful builders and vendors and their interest in our approach to fighting global poverty. We’re having some ongoing conversations about partnership, which is really exciting.”
