2026 Shore Sales and Marketing Summit Recap
CHULA VISTA, CA: Homes For HOPE was grateful to once again be invited to Shore Consulting’s annual summit in the beautiful Gaylord Resort. The festivities began with a Tiki themed party, complete with Polynesian dancers, festive decorations, live animals and costumed attendees. The next morning began at 7:30 with over a dozen attendees showing up at the Homes For HOPE booth to pray over the day and the people involved! The Summit then kicked off in quintessential Shore style, with dynamic speakers, round tables and programming covering every aspect of how to sell real estate in this challenging market.
Once again we were blessed to be alongside the other two Shore Consulting Partners With An Impact: HomeAid and She Built Foundation. It was great to catch up with so many of our existing partners and to share about our mission with those who didn’t know about Homes For HOPE.

Kent Rice serves our donors west of the Mississippi and comes to Homes for HOPE as a retired pastor and nonprofit leader. His years of experience include managing corporate donations for Habitat For Humanity ReStores in two states, where he was recognized for his groundbreaking collaborative efforts and his “be willing to do what it takes everyday” approach to missions work. Kent loves to tell the stories of our client families and enjoys being a husband, dad and grandpa.
