About Lloyd Reeb

Lloyd Reeb is a seasoned entrepreneur, author, and thought leader focused on helping high-capacity leaders live and lead with greater purpose in their second half of life. As a founding partner of the Halftime Institute, the 100x Forum, and Ardent Mentoring, Lloyd has helped thousands of leaders discover their calling and multiply their impact.

He began his career in real estate development, building senior living communities before transitioning into full-time work helping leaders make the shift from success to significance. In 1998, he co-founded the Halftime Institute alongside Bob Buford. That movement has since expanded globally, empowering leaders to use their strengths and resources for greater good.

More recently, Lloyd launched the 100x Forum, focused on high-capacity leaders eager to be “the good soil” that produces 100-fold impact. He also co-founded Ardent Mentoring, matching experienced mentors with young entrepreneurs scaling redemptive businesses.

Lloyd and his wife, Linda, live in North Carolina and have three grown children and five grandchildren. He is the author of ten books, including Sage Stage: Growing Fruit on Other People’s Trees.
