Homes for HOPE is excited to announce that Clearview Homes in Harrisburg, PA recently announced their intentions to build their very first Home for HOPE. They will break ground on their project in early December of this year.
Astrida and her family are the reason Homes for HOPE exists as a vehicle for the building industry to fight against global poverty. They didn’t need someone to give them food, pay their school fees, or build them a house. They needed a sustainable solution that lasts for the long term - a hand up, not a handout.

The Homes for HOPE board of directors is pleased to announce that Matthew Baehr will be the new Director of Development at Homes for HOPE. All future engagements with Homes for HOPE should be directed to Matthew. Matt brings over 15 years of experience in the Non-Profit sector to his role as Director of Development for Homes for Hope. He served for 12 years as an area team leader in the Campus Ministry of Cru in NJ where he launched movements, mentored and coached student leaders, developed ministry tools and resources, taught conference seminars on a variety of subjects, engaged in strategic planning, and liaised with school administrations. Homes for HOPE and HOPE International are blessed to have such a capable leader on the team.
Homes for Hope looks forward to yet another successful project with Grand Homes as they are scheduled to break ground on their 8th Home for Hope on October 24th. Matthew Baehr, our new Director of Development at Homes for Hope, is excited to come alongside our experienced builder partner, Grand Homes, who will be breaking ground on their 8th Home for HOPE on October 24th. Upon completion, this Home for Hope is projected to help over twenty thousand families in underserved and developing countries. We invite you to join us at our groundbreaking event, and honor God alongside our builder and trade partners as we begin this journey.
