2025 Blue Tangerine Home Builder Digital Marketing Summit
This year’s event was yet another hit! Riding the elevator all the way to the top, I stepped off into The Commerce Club in downtown Atlanta for the 2025 Home Builder Digital Marketing Summit hosted by Blue Tangerine. Greg Bray and his team at Blue Tangerine host a collection of marketing and sales professionals from around the country to coach, network, and inspire.
Featured in the summit line up were speakers from national public builders like Beazer, Kolter Group, and Classica Homes. Marketing leaders and digital content professionals gave incredible tips backed with experience for today’s market climate. Joshua Ranum from Ranum Media opened up the floor with fundamentals. From beginning with brand standards all the way through tracking traffic, Joshua reminded us how important a specific strategy is needed when planning a campaign that converts.
Blue Tangerine’s own Greg Bray shared, “Personalized communication versus dynamic is a must when following up with customers. Companies that do this well experience 40% more revenue and 76% more engagement from customers.” He went on to say that 96% more consumers engage with emails that are personalized. This kind of content is relevant to all who attended, regardless of industry.
Homes for HOPE was invited to present the work of HOPE International along with stories of incredible life change. Hope Londeree explained how a Homes for HOPE project works and invited those present to engage in conversation with our team. During her talk, she shared the story of Olena and Saidi who have benefited from this wonderful work. Hope challenged those listening to consider the impact their work has and to endeavor to pass along the support that they themselves have received.
No doubt that through ongoing partnership, this event will continue to build on steady momentum from Blue Tangerine. Many attendees were present for the first time in 2025. With ongoing opportunities, Homes for HOPE will continue to learn from this team and benefit from their heart to see the underserved realize their dreams.
