McGuinn Homes Launch Event
McGuinn Homes incorporates their company values into everything they do. From your initial touch on their website, to meeting their founder personally, their authenticity and intentionality makes an impact.
On Tuesday, July 29, they launched their second Homes for HOPE building project. Seated in an air cooled BBQ restaurant, nearly 80 attendees gathered together to celebrate the kick off of another collective project build.
Feasting on a quintessential and totally southern lunch, both trades and suppliers joined the McGuinn staff for a vision casting luncheon. Homes for HOPE representative, Hope Londeree, shared about how the project ripples beyond a single person and empowers many entrepreneurs to dream.
This event was the perfect opportunity to share a new video that explained their “why” for choosing to partner with Homes for HOPE. McGuinn Homes COO, Nate Gibson, opened their time with prayer and welcomed everyone to engage this project with personal excitement and satisfaction.

Hope serves as the Eastern US Representative for Homes for HOPE. Hope joined the team in April 2024 with a heart to bring awareness of HOPE’s mission and to connect partners with their passion to see lives transformed. Growing up as a military brat, she was exposed to many different cultures and backgrounds. This laid the groundwork for her authentic love of people and appreciation for differences. Now, with over fourteen years’ experience in non-profit ministry, Hope has seen the power of the Gospel lead people to the heart of God. She lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband and is active in her church and community.
